MEET SARAH
I’ve always exercised but it was only in my 40s that I discovered Pilates and fell in love with it. Although it is a gentle form of exercise I was amazed at how it transformed by body from within and for the first time ever I really started to understand my body and felt stronger and more energised than ever before.
My interest was sparked and so I trained to become a Pilates Instructor myself - one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love helping people like you live their best life - making sure that they are exercising in a way that works for them as an individual, supporting them and encouraging them to keep going no matter how busy their lifestyle.
I’m so looking forward to welcoming you into our supportive SPACE community and helping to to realise your health and fitness goals.
